After placing items, you can view the contents of the shopping cart by clicking the cart icon in the upper right corner of the page. You can add an unlimited number of products to your shopping cart at one time. Here you can see the list of products you want to buy, together with the number of pieces, next to which you can increase or decrease the quantity by clicking on the “plus” and “minus” signs. The system constantly updates the total amount of the order as you modify the data (the interface also shows the shipping and handling costs). The contents of the basket can be selected as the delivery method. Clicking on the “Submit Order” button will display a summary with user details and shipping (or billing addresses), and you can then confirm your order with the “Submit Order” button (you can also enter a comment for the purchase). Before pressing the “Send order” button, you can always change the data. Our system will notify you by e-mail when you place your order. Unfortunately, we do not accept orders by phone for technical reasons.
Shipping and its cost
Currently, the ordered package is delivered by courier service (s). In the absence of a site suitable for personal pick-up, it is not possible.
It is possible to pay for the ordered products in the form of an advance transfer or cash on delivery.
The courier service will take the packages that have already been prepared daily. There is no possibility of personal collection in the web store. When providing the customer’s data, a delivery address must be provided, where the cash on delivery can be received during the day on the specified delivery day (1 or 2 days from the receipt of the order), between 8.00 and 16.00! It is also important to provide a telephone number where either our company or the courier service staff can contact you during the day to deal with any difficulties that may arise with the package.
Orders received or received by 5 pm on a given working day will be compiled and handed over to the Courier Service by our staff the next day, and delivered to you by the staff of the Courier Service on the third day.
No delivery on weekends and public holidays!
If for some reason the customer or the indicated consignee is not present at the specified place at the time of delivery, the courier service will contact him at the telephone number provided by the customer regarding the re-delivery of the consignment.
IMPORTANT! The courier service will only retry the delivery once more, then return the package to the sender. If the package cannot be delivered a second time and you are therefore asked to send the package again, the retransmitted thread will be sent.
In the case of reimbursement, we can do so in advance.

In other cases, the cost of delivery is HUF 1,000 + VAT. The cash on delivery fee is HUF 400 gross.

Delivery times
We keep stocks of the products. On average, we can deliver the ordered product within 2-3 working days. If this is not possible, our staff will notify you by e-mail or telephone which product to wait for. In this case, it is possible to: – omit the given product from the order and send the package without this product, or choose another, similar (replacement) product. We guarantee that we always put your interests first.
We process orders quickly and accurately. In some cases, other than our fault (e.g. if the customer does not provide a phone number and does not respond to more than one of our emails) we are unable to process your order at a reasonable rate. All cases where the order was not fulfilled or damaged due to the fault of us or our supplier are handled with full flexibility or with a money back guarantee.
Payment in advance by bank transfer
If you choose this payment method when placing your order, we will send you our bank account number at the beginning of the order confirmation email to which you want to send the value of your order. Please enter your order number and name in the comment box of the transfer so that we can easily identify your payment when the transfer is received.
Upon receipt of your transfer, we will prepare your package for delivery.

Right of withdrawal
You, as a consumer, have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days. The period for exercising the right of withdrawal starts on the day of receipt of the product. If the contract related to the ordering of several products, but the delivery takes place at different times, the time limit for exercising the right of withdrawal shall be calculated from the date of receipt of the last product received. Of course, the above does not affect the consumer’s right to withdraw from the contract between the date of conclusion of the contract and the date of receipt of the product. The consumer may transfer from one choice of warranty right to another, but the cost of the transfer shall be borne by the consumer, unless it was justified or justified by the business. The consumer is obliged to report the defect immediately after its discovery, but not later than within 2 months from the discovery of the defect. After the limitation period of 6 months from the performance of the contract, the consumer can no longer exercise his warranty rights. Within 6 months from the date of performance (purchase), there are no conditions other than the notification of the error to enforce the consumer’s warranty claim, provided that the consumer proves that he has purchased the product from Smoke vitamin®. However, after 6 months from the date of performance (purchase), the consumer is obliged to prove that the defect he or she recognized was already present at the time of performance. In the event of a defect in the product, the consumer may, at his choice, assert the above-mentioned warranty right for the supply or product warranty claim. As a product warranty claim, the consumer can only request the repair or replacement of the defective product. A product is defective if it does not meet the quality requirements in force at the time of placing on the market or if it does not have the characteristics specified by the manufacturer.
The consumer can assert his warranty claim for the product within 2 years of the product being placed on the market by the manufacturer. Upon expiry of this period, he shall lose this right. The consumer can only make a product warranty claim against the manufacturer or distributor of the product. The defect of the product must be proven by the consumer in the event of a product warranty claim. The manufacturer or the distributor is only released from its product warranty obligation if he can prove that: xy the product was not manufactured or marketed in the course of his business, or xy a defect in science and technology was not recognizable at the time of placing on the market, or xy a defect in law or resulting from the application of a mandatory official requirement. Due to the same defect, the consumer cannot claim a warranty for supplies and a product warranty at the same time, in parallel. However, if your product warranty claim is successfully enforced, you can assert your warranty claim against the manufacturer for the replaced product or repaired part. Smoke vitamin®, in the interests of consumers, is enforced in accordance with Regulation 49/2003. (VII. 30.) of the Ministry of Economy and Transport. If the consumer wishes to assert a warranty claim against the distributor providing the service which is the subject of the consumer contract (hereinafter: distributor), the conclusion of the consumer contract shall be deemed proven if the consumer presents proof of payment. The distributor shall inform the consumer that the repair or replacement shall be carried out within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience to the consumer, taking into account the characteristics of the goods and their intended use. The distributor shall endeavor to carry out the repair or replacement within a maximum of fifteen days. The goods must be accepted for repair against a receipt. Warranty, guarantee
In connection with the mandatory warranty for Smoke vitamin® for certain consumer durables, the interests of consumers are regulated by Regulation 151/2003. (IX. 22.) acts in accordance with the provisions of Government Decree:
In the territory of the Republic of Hungary, a consumer contract [Ptk. 685 § e)], new durable consumer goods listed in the Annex to the Decree (hereinafter: consumer goods) are covered by the warranty obligation in accordance with the rules of this Decree.

Warranty rights can be enforced by the owner of the consumer product, provided that he is a consumer (hereinafter: consumer).
If the manufacturer assumes more favorable warranty conditions for the consumer product than those laid down in this Regulation, the rights of the distributor under the warranty shall pass to the consumer at the time of performance of the consumer contract.
Other provisions
Smoke vitamin® reserves the right to fulfill the order by re-charging the delivery fee upon re-requesting the shipment, if the shipment is returned from one address, and to fulfill the orders to that name and address only if prepaid.
